   Great value for the price, but dealing with Tuttio support is a major pain. I have a bad wheel bearing on the front wheel, it took multiple pictures and videos and many days of Facebook communications to get a replacement bearing and shaft coming to me under warranty and although they finally are sending the parts, they shipped with the cheapest shipping possible so its taking another 2 weeks to ship from CA to FL. All manufactures from these Chinese companies are going to have issues, i appreciate that i can message with their support on FB but really should be easier to get warranty parts.

   Great bike and my kids love it. But be careful, some pre-assembly screw is loose when it arrives. Example, the rear brake screw is loose and cause it to be detached after a few ride. Customer service is a bit poor. Don’t get reply on query about the rear brake brand and how to replace the brake pad as my bike brake pad crack when the screw is loose before it detached from the bike. The knob pad to hold the battery down is fragile and easy to detached. It can be tighten back to the knob with hand. Thus far very satisfied with the bike performance after using it for a few months. A few family parent at my Community decided to buy one for their kid after seeing my son riding it. And my son provides them his opinion and where to get it….good salesman. Battery life so and so only after each charges (~30mins to 1 hr ride depend on the mode used and rider weight). The speed is as per advertised, ~37mph at 3rd or sport mode. The bike is heavy and sturdy.

   This is a very good dirt bike. Bought for my son and has been going strong. Many years to go for this bike!

   Great bike with an early technical problem

   Great bike with excellent performance. But, after just 2 months of my 11 year old daughter riding around our farm, it wouldn't take a charge any more. I contacted Tullio support and did some troubleshooting. However, because they are in China and all communications were by email, this was a slow and tedious process. Still, they did correctly diagnose the problem and sent me replacement parts. (It was the charging cable). Would be a 5 star review but for the fact that we had a technical failure after just 2 months. Oh, and the chain rubs a guard element attached to the frame, and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix that. Just makes an annoying noise. NOTE: shortly after I submitted the initial request for Technical Support, I got a phone call from someone claiming he was with Tullio. He had clearly read my email documenting the problem, because he had those details. He then said I needed a new battery which would require me to make a payment of $257, which would be refunded. To make the payment he needed my PayPal information. Obviously, at that point I knew it was a scam and hung up. I confirmed it was a scam Tullio. Buyers beware!)

   This does not fit 14” tires… had to do some serious hammering to make my wheel fit… alas it is on but I have yet to test it on bumps. We shall see!

   Bike came amazingly fast in three days! It was relatively easy to assemble if you know what you’re doing. Size is great. Great Bike for upgrades if you want to do any to it. The only reason why I put four stars is because of an impression on the seat from something in the box but other than that, it’s great so far. Will update after I get some riding time on it.

   Great bike I brought this for my son 11th birthday we've had the bike for only a month and we've noticed that two of the bolts and nuts came off the back break they have extras in bag ....so we're going to try to replace them if not it will be returned . I sure hope not my son loves bike

   I've had some highs and lows with this bike but it can be a great bike if you take some preventative measures. I would suggest using some rubber bump bar ends for kids because it could save your brake levers from snapping if they drop it. Also, make sure your chain is tightened up properly as well as the nuts and bolts. It's a great starter bike for kids in the e bike world. I would not buy it, and beat on it like it's an expensive emoto though as an adult. Just my 02.

   I just assembled this so 4 stars until I get some use. However, I purchased a Mototec at the same time for a second bike for my nephews. The Mototec is just a little less money. But, the fit and finish on the Soleil01 is *head and shoulders above* the Mototec. The frame design and battery design of the Soleil01 facilitate swapping the battery. The packing and assembly was much easier and more organized and detailed. The name brand fardriver controller on the Soleil01 allows me to make changes to the modes to limit the top speed until the boys get older. None of these features exist on the Mototec and they are big differentiators.
   
   The swappable battery and name branch customizable controller are the two differences that really make this worth the small amount of extra money.

   Great overall buy!!! Good brakes, suspension, wheels, and great size without being too small or big, and best of all.... you don't have to spend a fortune. This is a great buy if you don't want to spend money and time on upgrading a razor. I feel more comfortable and safer on this than my other 3 razors. So far good mileage on a battery charge. For full potential get a bluetooth dongle and change the tune. Anyone would enjoy this as a gift.
